the coziest coffee

i will be honest & say i am usually an iced coffee girl. i have not found myself gravitating towards hot lattes when i am out & about but at home, i have found the coziest part of my day is snuggling up with fuzzy socks on, a thick blanket & my warm latte. i am either making a standard vanilla latte (i use this syrup) or my new fave gingerbread syrup i have perfected at home that i wanted to share the recipe for with you today! the spices just really remind me of the holidays & it makes the warm latte all that more perfect!

homemade gingerbread latte syrup

3 tbsp Molasses

1/4 tsp All spice

3/4 cup Brown sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1cup Water

just add all water, molasses & brown sugar to a sauce pan on medium heat & stir to combine. add all spices then stir before removing from heat & adding vanilla in! let cool then store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

i am also LOVING my homemade gut healthy marshmallows on top of my hot lattes at home! we already know i love them at night with my hot cacao but these also have elevated my lattes & its so good!

i realized i never shared my homemade marshmallow recipe with you on here so i am typing it out below but you can also save it on IG if you like to follow a video here.
