my nighttime mocktail

okay, let me set the scene for you. its 8:30pm, we just tucked our daughter in & mama is preparing for her ultimate wind down routine (click here to see the full breakdown, its my favorite time of day for me!) now that i am in my cozy pjs, greased like a piggy post skincare & wrapped up in my castor oil pack its time to make my favorite nighttime mocktail.

(wine glass optional but encouraged)

to a glass add preferred fizzy drink, i love either poppi probiotic soda or fentemans rose lemonade! then add 1/3 cup of pure tart cherry juice!

so what makes this a nighttime mocktail?

the tart cherry juice!

there are tons of benefits, here’s a few:

  • contains a significant amount of Vitamin A and C as well as some manganese, potassium, copper, zinc and some vitamin K! one serving also includes 56 mg of flavonoids, including anthocyanins which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. antioxidants help slow down damage to your cells and reduce inflammation.
